After a Time to move! Group training you feel kneaded from the inside out, rinsed and vented. You can combine it perfectly as a base or balance training with your other activities.

Content:

  • We start with a gentle warm up by loosening, swinging, and stimulating our circulation.
  • Then we continue with three-dimensional coordinating, strengthening and stretching movements, which consider all systems of the body.
  • To round off the session we place great emphasis on breathing, relaxation and reflection of the training effect.

The Time to move! Group Trainings are varied, creative, passionate and always accompanied by stimulating music. There is room for careful instructions and corrections. You form your own group of 6 -15 participants and you decide where and when the Group Training will be held. If you wish to teach Time to move!
