Following the content of the Basic Course you begin
- to understand and feel your muscles, bones, joints, organs, tissues, nerves, vessels and body fluids;
- to move your feet, legs, pelvis, spine, thorax, shoulders, arms, hands, neck, head biomechanically precise, coordinated, balanced, in flow;
- to optimise your fundamental motions like walking, siting, standing and lying.
How it can be done:
- You contact me for the actual courses program.
- You form your own group and you decide where and when the Basic Course will be held.
- You book the Basic Course as a set of Personal Trainings.
