A Basic Course is an ideal start to the Time to move! self awareness as a lifestyle.
Following the content of the Basic Course you begin

  • to understand and feel your muscles, bones, joints, organs, tissues, nerves, vessels and body fluids;
  • to move your feet, legs, pelvis, spine, thorax, shoulders, arms, hands, neck, head biomechanically precise, coordinated, balanced, in flow;
  • to optimise your fundamental motions like walking, siting, standing and lying.

How it can be done:

  • You contact me for the actual courses program.
  • You form your own group and you decide where and when the Basic Course will be held.
  • You book the Basic Course as a set of Personal Trainings.
